1.Custom Products

• All Prussian Blue Fins are semi-customized and cannot be returned or exchanged for non-defective reasons after purchase.

• Please double-check the color of the water rails, logo, and foot pockets’ size before placing your order.

• If the water rails or foot pockets needs to be replaced after assembly, an additional fee will be charged for disassembly and materials.

2.Color Differences

• Product colors may vary due to differences in individual screen displays, resolution, and brightness. The actual product color shall prevail.

• For those who are particular about color differences, we recommend purchasing at physical stores or consulting major distributors before making a decision.

3.Lead Time

• Since all products are produced upon ordering, the processing time is 3-20 working days after placing the order.

• The exact time may vary depending on the volume of orders. If you have special requirements, please order in advance.

• All the custom-made products require a processing time of 3 to 6 weeks. If you need them urgently, please contact customer service.

4.Order Policy

• Once the order is confirmed, it will enter the production process, and no changes or cancellations for personal reasons will be accepted.

5.Size Recommendation

• Although a size chart is provided, individual foot shapes might be difference. We recommend visiting any stores or distributors near by to try on the product or measuring your foot length and width and messaging us for advice.
