Shipping Instructions:
1. Since each pair of fins requires manual assembly, production time is approximately 3-20 business days (excluding the order date)
depending on order volume. Shipping will proceed in sequence once production is complete.
2. Delivery is available Monday to Friday; no deliveries on weekends or holidays. However, in-store pickup can be scheduled.
3. During holiday seasons, high order volumes or uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters) may delay shipping.
4. Please check the shipping notification. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs.
